In relation to PDF 3, the DNR communicated:
“Be advised that two documents were withheld under Wis. Stat. § 285.70(2). Because two of the documents contain confidential business information asserted by 3M, we are unable to release the information. Pursuant to the provisions contained within §19.31-19.39, a person seeking the blackout portion of the enclosed records has the ability to bring an action for mandamus in circuit court seeking a release of any information not released pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.37(1).”
