Tom Kilian Selected as Next Citizens for a Clean Wausau Spokesperson

A Citizens for a Clean Wausau founding member, Tom Kilian, was recently selected as the group’s next spokesperson.
Randy Radtke and Terry Kilian, both longtime residents of Wausau’s southwest side, had served as the group’s prior co-spokespersons since early 2021. They were selected to be Citizens for a Clean Wausau spokespeople during a 3-day group conference at the Jefferson Street Inn in downtown Wausau in January 2021.
Tom Kilian had been nominated at a group meeting in late April 2024 and was subsequently voted in to serve the role.
Citizens for a Clean Wausau is an environmental watchdog group whose volunteers monitor the activities and impacts of significant current and past local polluters. CCW works primarily on issues related to defining the extent and nature of industrial contamination in a footprint on Wausau’s southwest side, so that it can and will be remediated.
